Join the Greater Omaha SCUBA Club at the Friday Night Music Series at Soaring Wings Vineyard in Springfield, NE. The Mark Irvin Band will be performing. Bring a lawn-chair or blanket to sit out, watch the sunset, enjoy some great music with some great wine! Look for the club banner when you arrive.
Date: Friday, July 30
Place: Soaring Wings Vineyard, 17111 S 138th St., Springfield, NE
Time: Gates open at 6:00PM, music starts at 7:00PM
Cover Charge of $5.00 per person - Age 12 and older (Wine not included)
$6 for 5 Tastings and you keep the glass!
$5 for a Glass of wine, $10 for a glass of Syrah
$12 and up for bottles of wine
You may put together a cheese and bread basket here or bring your own basket from home.* (*Nebraska Law stipulates that no outside alcohol can be brought onto the premise.)

Finally getting around to editing some pictures from the club outing to the Friday Night Music Series at Soaring Wings Vineyard at Springfield, NE.
We tied the club banner to the back of our chairs. Need to figure out something a little better but I'm not sure they will allow stakes.
Everyone brought food so we dined while enjoying the music and wine
It was warm, but still a beautiful evening
A power parachute over the gazebo. We have seen hot air ballons on other evenings.

Not a sharp crisp shot but I didn't have our DSLR along
It was a really fun evening, thanks to everyone who came out!

Ive been there before, but not during the Friday nite music events - what kind of music is it? - rock, jazz, or just depends on the band?

Depends on the band. No heavy metal or really loud stuff. You should join us next time, it's a nice way to spend a Friday evening!

Yes, one of many things to do on a friday night - my problem would be that I would drink too much wine and then have to ride home with someone - or have someone drive me home - ha
